What you need

  • A Tally form (free) with name, email, and message fields
  • A free HubSpot CRM account
  • Slack

Steps

  1. Catch new form submissions

Use a webhook (a private web address the form sends data to). In Tally, open Integrations > Webhooks and paste the address your automation tool gives you.

  2. Create or update the contact

Add the person to HubSpot using their email. Use create or update so repeat visitors don't become duplicates.

  3. Alert yourself

Post name, email, and message to a Slack channel like #leads so you can reply fast.

Build it in your tool

Webhooks > Custom webhook (instant), HubSpot CRM > Create/Update a contact, Slack > Create a message. Tally also has its own Make app.

  • n8n workflowDraft file: it imports into n8n (checked with n8n 2.43) but has not been run with real accounts yet. In n8n: create a workflow, open the menu, choose Import from file, then connect your own accounts.
